Strengthen testing capability verification. The county's "National Inspection Center" actively defines 44 kinds of products, such as BOP, wellhead device, production tree and throttle killing manifold, which are capable of testing petroleum machinery products. The coverage rate of the overall inspection capability of corresponding petroleum machinery products reaches 88%, and that of main products and key projects reaches 100%. In the past three years, 12 competency tests have been carried out with the same authoritative testing institutions at home and abroad, such as Beijing Zhongshi Guojin International Laboratory Competence Verification Research Center. Seven of them are satisfactory.
Improve the level of scientific research ability. The county's "National Inspection Center" regards scientific research as an important grasp to improve the detection ability, improve the inspection and testing system, and build a product inspection and testing research and development platform. Three scientific research projects have been declared to the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau and participated in the formulation of the national standard "Determination of multielement content of stainless steel". Twelve people have published 31 papers in influential journals, obtained two patent certificates for utility models, obtained 51 certificates of various qualifications, and one person has obtained two provincial and ministerial award certificates and two Municipal award certificates. .
Optimize inspection and testing service. The county's "National Inspection Center" has been authorized by the State Accreditation and Supervision Commission, and has successively obtained CNAS accreditation certificates, CAL, CMA qualification certificates. In the fourth quarter of last year, 50 batches of provincial supervision and sampling tasks issued by the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau were completed. At the end of last year, the capacity-building of the "National Inspection Center" passed the on-site inspection and acceptance of the former group of experts of the State Quality Inspection Administration, and the inspection and testing ability and the level of service industry with characteristics were significantly improved.
